Terms & Conditions, 

Section 1 (Orders and Deposits):

All orders are custom and are confirmed only when we receive your signed agreement or written confirmation and your non-refundable deposit of 25%. The remaining balance is due [14] days before your event date. For rush orders, see the Rush Orders section. Orders with an unpaid balance will not be released or shipped. Prices are quoted per order and may change if the design, quantity, or delivery details change.

2. Design and Handcrafted Variation
Every piece is handmade. Hand-piped and hand-painted work will have small natural variations, and that is part of its character. We'll work from your approved design, colors, and inspiration images, but we can't guarantee an exact match to a photo, a screen color, or a previous order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed or edible materials.

3. Logos and Client-Supplied Artwork
If you provide a logo, trademark, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it. We aren't responsible for infringement claims arising from materials you supply. We'll use them only to produce your order.

4. Ingredients, Allergens, and Certification
We bake in a dairy-free, nut-free facility. Our products are kosher certified by the Jersey Shore Orthodox Rabbinate (JSOR) as parve, yashan, and pat yisrael. Our products contain [wheat, soy, and eggs] and may contain other allergens. Please tell us about any allergies when you order. Kosher status applies to products produced and delivered by us. Please keep products in their original packaging if kosher supervision matters to you. We can't guarantee kosher status for items that have been altered, repackaged, or combined with other foods after leaving our care.

5. Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
Pickup and delivery times are agreed in advance. Once you or your carrier takes possession, the products are your responsibility. Delivery fees are quoted separately. Shipped orders depend on carrier timelines, which we can't control. Please provide an accurate address and be available to receive the package. Orders placed through Goldbelly are subject to Goldbelly's terms.

6. Storage and Handling
Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place and away from heat and direct sunlight. Cookies are shelf-stable and best enjoyed within 3 of delivery. We aren't responsible for damage or spoilage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and problems with orders are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Photography and Use of Images
We may photograph our work and use the images on our website, social media, and marketing. We won't identify you or show your event details without permission. Please tell us in writing before your order if you want your order excluded.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, text, and other content on this website belong to Wildflour Cakery. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. Our custom designs remain our creative work, and you may not reproduce them or have them reproduced by others.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including event costs or lost profits. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or emergencies.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [New York]. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [Kings County, New York].

12. Changes and Contact

13. Rush Orders

Orders placed within [7] days of the event or requested date are rush orders and are subject to a rush fee of 10-15%, in addition to the regular price. Rush orders depend on our availability, and we may decline them. The full balance is due at the time of booking, and the rush fee is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

14. Changes to Your Order

Changes to design, quantity, flavors, or delivery details must be requested at least 14 days before your event. Any change requested after that, including last-minute changes, may be declined at our sole discretion. If we accept one, additional charges may apply, and we may need to adjust the timeline.
